Today we would like to announce that BXH and KLJ Kunlun Fight have agreed on a cooperation in the World Fighting Championship Show held in Dubai on June 25, 2022.
The competition will be played on more than 200 worldwide including China TV, UAE TV, etc. These TV stations will broadcasting this event live, and the BXH will be also exposed to a worldwide audience. We will use this opportunity to start a global promotion and announce the future strategic development plan of BXH. The main reason for this cooperation with a fighting championship is that the perseverance of the boxing players are very consistent with the spirit of BXH ideology. More than half a year ago, BXH experienced a theft incident, but we have never given up, we faced it bravely, and we used all our efforts.
At the same time, we have been cooperating with the police and third-party security agencies to investigate and track hackers. The assets have not been recovered yet, but there is a news that has been confirmed and I would like to share it with you. The police have found an important clues, the thieves who locked the stolen assets must be located in China, and the assets have not been moved since the first transfer. We truly believe that the hackers will be traced and the assets will be recovered soon. At present, due to various reasons such as evidence cases and legal procedures, the police have not yet started to arresting process. Once the clues is conclusive and the procedure is ready, the police will take actions, so please I would ask users who have suffered this theft, to wait patiently as we are working hard to recover this assets.
Adding to that, BXH recently has been researching on the future development and directions, preparing for the rise from ashes after recovering the assets in the near future. So today, actually I want to update you about what BXH will do next, and how it has been done now.
First of all, I would like to share with you a good news. BXH is currently working closely with institutions to complete the private equity investing and plans to raise $10 million. Now the process is going very smooth, and the financing is close to completing. The investment funds that have been confirmed is from a well-known platform investment institutions and funds of some royal family members in the Middle East, as well as several well-known Crypto Funds in Europe and the United States, there are still leading investment institutions in the final communication stage. The funds from this round of financing will be used for the operation of new products and compensation mining for users that affected by accident.
Secondly, the information I want to share with you today is the future strategy plan of BXH.
BXH will be upgraded to financial service platform with its integrated Centralized and Decentralized financial services (CeDeFi),
and we will launch Defi3.0 created by us, Defi mining business will support serves of traditional financial business.
Therefore, the future BXH will be divided into two parts:
Defi and Cefi.
Regarding the Defi platform of BXH, DEX will still be retained, but it will only operate a liquidity LP pool for the project side, and will make a DEX platform that is completely free of commissions fees, in order to attract more users attention.
BXH Defi core business will still be a single token yield farming machine pool, but the code of the new contract is fully open source and multi-signature.
Our plan is to have a single staking pool to support all our own financial services. At the same time, when the assets are idle in farming mining, so to ensure the minimum APR with the income of the machine gun pool, but increase the APR income of the pledged users with the financial service business.
To ensure high security to our users, BXH platform has contracted the world’s top crypto security services companies to audit the BXH business and technical policies and protocols. We at BXH also hired Mr. Edward Ng from the United States as the Head of Risk Management and Security. He brings to BXH 30 plus years experiences from major technology and financial companies such as Sun Microsystems, Computer Associates (CA), Wipro Technologies, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, HSBC, and the likes.
The business we have launched is the cross-chain bridge, which is in the beta stage. The chain bridge has no additional mining output, so we can use the cross-chain fee income to increase the user’s APR income.
New BXH opportunities, we will launch a BXH NFT collection with the metaverse images of our Foolish Child logo character very soon.
This will be part of our exciting new financial portfolio to add real world value to the NFT within BXH. At the same time, it will use the IP-Character of Foolish Child to establish in-depth strategic cooperation with Gamefi and Metaverse projects.
BXH is to be launched on the NFT Marketplace. This establishes BXH as a major financial service provider in the Web3 and Metaverse global community.

New financial services from BXH, we will launch our global stable coin, XUSD, to assist Defi and Cefi businesses. XUSD stable coin used in conjunction with our BXH wallet will serve as Payment Gateway channel.
